Grant McCallum
Speaker
Grant McCallum was raised in a strong Christian family; his father was a church elder and choir director. His life changed when his father left the family when Grant was 19. The emotional pain he buried led to years of alcohol abuse and broken relationships. He built a successful career in resort development, working in California and the Canadian Rockies. He lived a glamorous lifestyle and spent time in the same circles as celebrities, most of whom are widely known, but he was deeply broken inside. He lost everything to addiction—his career, marriage, family, and health. He became homeless and hopeless until a coworker helped him apply to Teen Challenge. There, he encountered God in a powerful way and experienced complete life transformation. He now lives with purpose, restored relationships, and a desire to serve wherever God leads.

Rick Osborne
Speaker
Rick Osborne is a leading gang expert in Canada, with a life story
marked by overcoming adversity. After experiencing bullying and
victimization by heroin addicts, he spiralled into drug addiction, street
gang involvement, and crime. This led to his membership in an outlaw
motorcycle club and a 25-year prison sentence for robbery and weapons
offences. Despite these challenges, he completed an apprenticeship and
overcame his heroin addiction. He went on to earn a BA in Psychology
and an Addiction Careworker diploma. Since his release, he has
